Foil vs Other Swords in a Sword Fight?
Pure theory crafting. The guy can’t even give the obvious tactics you’d use with a small sword, and fixates on the /worst/ tactic you could use. He’d get embarrassed by the pre-teens at my salle. Knowledge of history != martial arts skill.
I’d love to see a solid
analysis of this topic, but this guy doesn’t have it. What passes for mastery
in WMA is a shockingly low bar – amateurs who dabble a few recreational hours a week against weak opponents think their skill compares with internationally traveling competitors sweating 20 hours a week for 10 years, trained by actual masters.
You’d do better getting medical or legal advice from tumblr.
